Don't look at it as losing a weekend, think of it as gaining lots of (unseen) friends and allies! Thanks for taking the time and trouble to get the petition going, for sending several 'reminders' to sign and for presenting the results to Mr McDonald.

Thank you! I'm deleighted that it wasn't a 'fight' and that Mosaic have been so willing to support our wishes. It's a nice outcome - hope to see you 'down The Case' sometime! :-)

That is great news! Thank you so much Greg for championing this cause - and winning!! "The Case" is not exactly my "local", being a long walk from my home, and I had not been aware that it was being extended and relaunched, but it is certainly my favourite pub in the area and long may it continue to be so - under its unusual and still current name. I look forward to hearing about the reopening date and will try to be there. Thank you again, Alan Charlesworth
